How can I improve my eyes?

The eyes are the gate or door to the soul, even if all looks good, the eyes can affect the attraction, what can I do? I thinked about bimatoprost in the upper eyelashes, Minoxidil in the end of the eyebrows, but idk what more, I don't want a surgery now, I just want to try all the softmaxxes and see if they really works or it's just genetics, my weight is like 110-116 pound and 5'11 or 6'0 with 19 yo, so I'm very skinny and that maybe affects, I was thinking about a perm, but idk if can work with me, I'm making this post because I want to improve and because I'm so fucking tired people telling that bonesmashing, eyepulling works, exercise for the eyes, and other persons says the opposite, so idk what to believe, at this point I'm just confused

I'm too lazy to cut the image for focus on the eyes and hair, but I have more about the side profile or just front if that image is not enough

Eyebrows need to be groomed

They are too short, the light and angle affects, but they are, idk if Minoxidil works or other thing can be more effective, the right eyebrow is like worse than the left, is more short and the tail it's practically inexistent
