How can I Improve my face with

My fwhr and my hyoid are currently my main flaws rn i need some tips how i can widen my lower Face especially my gonial Angel Everything is kinda fucked up also bc of my hyoid i nearly can’t see my ramus bc my gonial is inward grown and bc my hyoid.
I’m new so dont hate me if some sentences make no sense lol

You have thinner lips, apparently you can use hyaluronic acid to make them thicker

My lips aren't as thin now as they are in the picture; I was wearing braces back then that pulled my upper lip down a bit. Thank you for reply
