How can I improve my hair?

This is genuinely the longest I’ve ever had it. Everyone told me to grow it out to look better now I have no idea how to style it or to get it to stay styled (have very flat straight hair)

Let it grow man like don’t get a cut for like 2-3 months then try hairstyles by using hair clay or pomade for straight hair and avoid at all costs texture powder
For shampoo try either a volumasing shampoo or a clarifying shampoo depends based of what type of scalp you got

js grow it for a couple months dont stick to short hairstyles
