How can I improve my hair?

This is my hair flat, after i take a shower and fully dry it off with a towel and air.

I dont know what I could do to improve it, and I want to keep growing it out to ryggrons hair.

I dont have much angularity but its definitely improving with my puberty and my bonesmashing.

Please Help!
