so i dont really work out. i was trying to do some training at home but it was for a week so it didnt really worked for me.2550 calories is likely a calorie deficit for weight loss, but whether it's enough depends on your activity level.
A rough estimate:
Sedentary: maintenance around 2,500-2,800 kcal
Moderately active: maintenance around 2,900-3,300 kcal
Very active / sports several times per week: maintenance around 3,300-3,800+ kcal
So if you're active, 2550 kcal could put you in a 300-800 calorie deficit.
