How can i improve my looks so i can pull more?

Hello i am 14, 194cm 70kg,
I was wondering how i can improve my looks since i dont attract any girls despite of my height. I live in morocco and i think the water is what is making my skin worse and my hair more frizzy since when i travel i have good hair. Tell me what things i could improve on to help my overall looks. And tell me if you guys suggest a pallate expander for me.
