Gym, try getting a pallet expander and train masseters (ik training masseters wont do much but you need a wider jaw)

In this picture (although you seem to be clenching your masseters, your bizygomatic to bigonial are already 1:1, you have quite a long and narrow face. I wouldn’t widen your jaw any further.

Ig thumbpulling but its way worse than a pallet expander especially if you have braces cant you get a pallet expander+braces

mate i was fucking around dont do that shit, you are basically doing experiments with your body and cant predict where it will lead to in 5 years or more
