your fwhr(midface) is very long. Same as me.

So Id advice you to make your width of your face wider with a better hairstyle(for illusion) or bonesmashing but the swelling is temporarly unless you want permant swelling you need to do it every single day it takes max 10 minuts. Zygomatic bone,gonians. For your face
