Should I use chisell or jawersize ..what can I do for my eye area?

Blepharoplasty and eyebrow transplant for eye area, lip reduction (just a little since you have great lip shape) and masseter hypertrophy should be enough for your lower third, which already looks decent imo. Add a sliding genioplasty if you want more chin projection. However, we would need to see your face as a whole to give better advice.

And you are ethnic so ur lips will be bigger than white folks and it will makes the jaw looks more small so maybe ramus implant ?
