How can I improve my personality?

Im shy, introverted, quiet, not so funny because I'm scared of doing something wrong in my school, what can I do? It's something like personality maxing or some bs like that? I'm ltn to MTN, even if I was cl, I can't pull a girl, they wait you to approach them, how can I be more confident, extroverted and these things? I'm like a good person, it's just like a good boy, I don't so something wrong, I'm not annoying,.and that's boring, what can I change?

Deadass just gotta experiment with shit if ur in highschool it’s harder to just try stuff on random girls. But if u get around the right friend group with both genders it becomes easier to make a closer connection

Exactly easier said than done. But u can deadass walk up to a girl and if shes not interested she will forget in less than an hr and if she laughs or whatever just proves she’s immature and wasn’t worth ur time
