im lowkey coping icl cuz ive made like hardly any gains but some gymcel here will give good advice and ascend me
I was bulking for 10 weeks went from 72-84kg where im at currently, i did this with test and eq but had to stop the cycle and maintain a health phase now due to bloods being low and iron its a whole thing but it made me realise how stupid it is to be running so much gear at 16 when i can get the results i want with more time and patience and effort and i was coping because i wanted to be a ifbb pro in two months this shit takes time and good genetics which i lack but no amount of gear will get you there if you dont wait which is what i should of realised.
Stats: 6'3 84kg 14-16% bf 16, train 5-6x weekly UL/PPL cardio+high cardio job
Cycle: 6ius gh , 250 test and other peptides these the only ones that matter tho.
I plan to run NPP later on this year for a bulk again once my health is in check and im a bit more experienced in pharmacology for now i need help with what i should be doing with my calories since ive only ever cutted. How can i ascend my physique what should i be doing with my intake of calories before i bulk on npp and get swole and auctually build a frame?
