How can i improve my physique

im lowkey coping icl cuz ive made like hardly any gains but some gymcel here will give good advice and ascend me
I was bulking for 10 weeks went from 72-84kg where im at currently, i did this with test and eq but had to stop the cycle and maintain a health phase now due to bloods being low and iron its a whole thing but it made me realise how stupid it is to be running so much gear at 16 when i can get the results i want with more time and patience and effort and i was coping because i wanted to be a ifbb pro in two months this shit takes time and good genetics which i lack but no amount of gear will get you there if you dont wait which is what i should of realised.

Stats: 6'3 84kg 14-16% bf 16, train 5-6x weekly UL/PPL cardio+high cardio job
Cycle: 6ius gh , 250 test and other peptides these the only ones that matter tho.
I plan to run NPP later on this year for a bulk again once my health is in check and im a bit more experienced in pharmacology for now i need help with what i should be doing with my calories since ive only ever cutted. How can i ascend my physique what should i be doing with my intake of calories before i bulk on npp and get swole and auctually build a frame?

bro ur 6,3 its gonna take a lil longer to make crazy gains but itll all be worth it jus keep going. also if u only ever cutted u lowkey have to go on either a bulk or slight increase. since ur on cycle if u bulked u would look fuckin krazy. use a calculator and see how many cals u gotta eat n just eat it. at ur height u will b a fuckin unit :lul:

Yes those 10 weeks i ran 500 test 600eq, I ate roughly matience and only a 100-200 surplus on training days basicallyy just carb and protein maxxed. I put on decent size for sure but it could of been better i know it will take time to fill my frame but im having a hard time seeing if i should get single digit or atleast visible abs first since im so fluffy around my mid section otherwise id be downing 3800 calories a day and pushing weight like crazy

for sure but im more asking if i need to get lean and if so how and how long is it going to take since im on my health phase probably for 5-8 weeks anyways so should i cut or matience or bulk in this time before i hop on npp for an auctual bulk.

my abdominals :lul::lul::lul: yes im very unpatient but TF DO I DO im health phasing for 6-8 weeks before i bulk i aint bulking without npp since i want to lean max still. Do i need to drop more bodyfat how can i fix my abondminals there chopped :ROFLMAO:

Not really an expert as i just wing it on myself lol but id recommend if you want good info post this q on the aas forums (be careful mentioning your age) thats a more expert place to get info

yeah nah i was going to go meso but i really cant they are so stuck in the past acting like 250 test is going to cook anyone under the age of 30, If my physique was built up more i could but im too small they will instantly start coping. Just going to keep maingaining for now im seeing good results ethier way i hate being forced into a health phase i just want to blast 300 test 300 npp and be fat.

2nd you not scared to fuck up your hormones at 16? I’m doing SARMs and I’m shittin myself on the low I’m 20 I just wonder how you feeling about running EQ and Test?

Well yeah i started using sarms first aswell and shitted bricks about every mild side, The more you research the safer you realise it is and with proper bloods you have nothing to worry about, yes fucking hormones up is a big worry but this happens when you do it without bloods and proper research so im only really maximising my hormones nothing is being nuked or effected only really turning the dial up on everything. Now while yes fertility will always be a concern i just kinda sway and continue since im 16 i cant really see past 25 atm tbh lol so thats kinda the mindset most people have will i regret blasting later on yes, but am i gonna let that ruin my gains and mental now fuck no. My biggest worry will only ever be that im too small for what im running but patience is key and im yet to run an actual bulk yet since i started at 98kg down to 72kg bulked back to 85 now last time i was 85kg i was not this BF i was like 20-25% so progress is slow but worth it, Keeping mentally sane is the hardest part since you want to be lean from being fat all your life but i could be wayy bigger than i am now since my hormones were litreally optimized on my cycle for it but i sold by not eating in a 300-600 surplus.

But there is going to be probably some endocrine issues later on wether im not sure what that would be i can only really say fertility for now but in terms of growth deff not just look at anyone on this forum who started younger than me like clav at 14 they never stunted any growth pathways.

You need more muscle

Yes but what about my midsection i know how to bulk its just im not sure if i should cut before my next bulk since im on a health phase now for 6-8 weeks before i hop on again, im just trt rn. How can i fix my abdonminals shouldnt i get shredded?

Did you fully hop off of gear for your health phase?

I’m at work so ima keep this short but honestly should a valid point of view the way your explaining it and yk what I fw it. Ima shoot a follow, I want to ask you questions and maybe ask for opinions from you later on

hell no, im on trt hgh and other peps. My helath phase is only for my heamotology its crictally low due to iron being deflated i think the high dose test and all the stress my body was under while also cutting for a bit caused my iron defficency to rocket my hdl ldl and bp hormones everything else is fine. Plus eq is kinda mid so i want it to clear before i run npp since im new to gear its easier to run cycles that consist of test and one other compound and a mild oral since im unsure how to handle sides properly yet and how everything intereacts with one another i am being coached tho but he can only do so much through a screen especially since theres alot of other sides that is mental and physical which he cant help with in terms of BW

mmm true yes i regret my rad140 cycle sarms imo are pathethic maybe yk 11 is the only good one or the one clav always preaches iforgot its name but they are just liver toxic with no benefits my rad140 cycle i hardly gained any tissue or leaned out at all its very shit compared to low dose test and var
