there are orthodontic appliances to bring your lower jaw forward. go to an ortho but make your own research about your bite situation first.

il existe des appareils orthodontiques pour faire avancer votre mâchoire inférieure. allez dans une ortho mais faites d'abord vos propres recherches sur votre situation de morsure.
