trimax is both mandibular advancement and chin implant, basically bimax + genioplasty = trimax

The surgery advice given is good but you gotta start with losing weight. Before you're sub 12-15% body fat you dont actually know what you look like. Also, having a backslick with that hairline is probably not ideal either

Often, this kind of nose are fixed by putting more forward the maxilla
