1 half slice sour dough
4 eggs
Lunch
A glass of milk
A calorie controlled meal (the Asda ones 250-350 calories)
Dinner
(Some kind of meat or fish with rice and black pepper)
I box 3 days a week so I also have 1 bowl of high carb cereal before I go
I also drink about 2-3L water a day
What do you think I should change
There's no softmaxxing excrecise to improve your side profile the only thing you can do is lean down while drinking ton of waterIt looks so bad but I can’t find what to change or how to change it
