Some things which worked for me:
>softmaxxing (extremely important)
>Getting into sports. (highly recommended tbh)
>Lastly meditation to cope with high inhibition

Money, position in society, studies, etc.
What's high status in your place? Being a nigger rapper? Being a doctor? then go for it.
Status and money are harder to achieve, that's why most nerds here want surgeries, to stop being subhuman without any effort.
