How can i improve my under eyes

I black fat/support there are there any ways I can improve that?
I have a slight idea that it might be my infra orbitals but idk.

Well, that's a very vague description. If you lack fat it's fat grafting, if you lack bone support it's infraorbital implants, whichever fits you best depends on what the cause behind your issue really is, and without a photo no one can tell you anything.
