I have been working out, trying to develop a skincare routine. Any hairstyles that would fit me? Doesn't help when you're only 5'10.

I'm 24% body fat actually. However, it seems like my face has the most fat. Is this genetic or should I just like drink water and reduce swelling in my face.

There is absolutely no chance that you are 24% body fat. Zero chance. Post a pic of your body, you are severely underestimating how fat you actually are. Most people underestimate just how much body fat they actually have

don't worry bro it won't take too long to lose the fat, aim for a 6 month transformation - lose 8kg or whatever, consistency is all that matters good luck bro. You're starting with good skin, use suncream tho, and try to stop raising ur eyebrows unconsciously.

You are over 30% at the very least. I still recon my 35% estimate is accurate. You have a lot of weight to lose and it will take you 2 years if you diet correctly. This is the most important thing right now. Get down to 12% body fat

as a general rule of thumb, add 5% to whatever you think your bodyfat is and thats usually more accurate, its easy for others to see but not urself

You are over 30% at the very least. I still recon my 35% estimate is accurate. You have a lot of weight to lose and it will take you 2 years if you diet correctly. This is the most important thing right now. Get down to 12% body fat
bruh it will not take you 2 years lmao :hnghn:. Unless you're going on some pussy ass diet. You can get down to sub 15% in 6 months. Eat smaller portions for all your meals and include cardio 3-4x a week. And try to schedule your meals effectively. You would wanna have a meal a bit before and after your workout so you're not hungry asl.

This guy didn’t get obese by accident. He has an eating disorder and you are having a laugh if you think he has the will power and determination to lose around 60 lbs in 6 months

i mean yeah you're right on that part, i'm assuming he has the willpower to do so. I think you scare him off by telling him it's going to take 2 whole years. At least it should've been said, if you stay dedicated, it will take you around 6 months and if not, it will take you longer. Even then I still think 2 years is a huge stretch 🤔. And I was thinking more so 45 lbs.

The thing is though man, a lot of people don’t understand the dedication it takes to lose all that weight and then the willpower to keep it off. Most people fail the first time outright. There is a reason why your average American is overweight

Bro, I don't know what you're seeing but I literally measured myself this morning. I agree that I'm overweight but I definitely think you're overestimating me. I've never been called "obese" in my life.

I think you need to take this very seriously. Make losing weight your #1 priority. Once you are below 15% make another post about what you could work on. You can stick around in the meantime learning stuff but weight loss is extremely important

Im 5'11 184 and shredded. Get accused of steroids every time Im shirtless. You're definitely over weight. I woulden't say super overweight though. maybe 10-20 pounds. Find your body fat percentage and cut to 10%
