I am 14 years old, I weigh about 143 lbs, and I am 5'5" tall. I’ve been treated like I’m not even a person for so many years that I don’t even remember when it started. The only thing I do remember is how those foids would go after my friends who were taller and better looking than me. Because of that, I’ve built up a lot of resentment toward tall people. I’ve tried everything:cutting my medial canthus, bonesmashing, thumbpulling, all kinds of looksmaxing methods but nothing works. I’m tired of not being treated like a human being. I’m tired of everything. Please help me.
(ik im a sub-5, pls dont remember that).

I mean to me it looks like you're just a late bloomer who hasn't hit puberty yet. You look very young for 14.

What's most important right now is to healthmax. Eat healthy, live an active life, and sleep at least 9 hours every night, waking up and going to bed at the same times.

For a healthy diet, you can get bloodwork done, see where you're deficient, and eat foods that will help accordingly. Also make sure to eat a lot of protein and chew your food thoroughly.

As for sleep, going to bed and waking up at the same times everyday are pretty important. They should fall in line with your natural circadian rhythm - i.e sleeping at 9pm and waking up at 7am is better than sleeping at 3am and waking up at 1pm, despite you sleeping the same length in both cases.

I need a palate expantion and brackets so i wish that improve my maxilla and teeth.
