You're face is still quite underdeveloped, but bone structure wise, you're doing good. Just wait it out till puberty finishes whilst maintaining good posture, stram, and look after you're skin. Appeal wise, you can grow out your hair, dye those eyebrows and use minoxidil on them, and a goatee would suit you bro.
