sounds good

supra orbital implants would also be a good option for u, and gonion implants

u could even get a bsso (bilateral sagittal split osteotomy) for a wider jaw instead of implants but itll be more expensive

as u can see, they can make the gonions more flared by actually moving the bone instead of using implants, which can prevent bone erosion
