hmtn (5.25) not a good pic cos of the light and lens distortion, but im guessing you've a below average jaw, fillers are a cheaper and temporary solution which i'd recommend first before fully getting implants. You've a long midface which is kind of impossible to fix without smushing your skull and brain together. Maybe rhinoplasty the uneven nose.
