It can be difficult to tell with canthal tilt because it changes when photos are taken at different angles. But I can see that your canthal tilt is actually not a problem. Going off the photo on the right, the biggest problem is once again the curved lower lids, however you might need a Ptosis repair as well.

Depending on which surgeon you go to, you can expect to pay between 4-8k for lower lid retraction.
