How can I improve this eye area

Should I augment Supras or leave them bc they look a lil weird at the ends. Do I need more pfl like a lateral or medial cantho? My medial canthus is downturned but I think it’s short. Ik I for sure need under eye work done. Ik it looks like im squinting but im relaxed it’s just my eyebrows are shaped weird, any way to fix that upturnedness at the ends btw? And what’s causing that droopy eyelid and more uee at my ends.
