thats not how it works dude.....

he wont magically gain infras just cuz "muhh marpe spreads whole maxilla outward and forward and gives undereye support"

hell need implants or fat grafting. cant do anything besides that

I guess but also I’m 14 and another post I got told to just try and “puberty max” cuz it helps ig and yeah rn don’t really gaf abt picture or nun. Cuz I’m fat ash
