How can i improve?

16yo 185cm pls i need advice i dont really know what to do to improve (ik about bad skin and i am working on it and also currently growing out my hair,also go to the gym) will i stay lmtn-mmtn for the rest of my life? Only softmaxx pls bcs i want to be fully softmaxxed first before surgery.

My advice to you is to eat a carnivore diet, go out into the sun as much as possible (no sunscreen) and continue gymcelling, but tbh, no homo your kinda majestic you might wana leave the .org before it's to late

Yea mb my front is really bad i am starting with topical retinoids soon to hopefully fix skin and maybe even reduce nose size a little bit. Ik my ipd is really bad and there isnt anything to save besides mayb frauding with glasses. I need to debloat really bad. Are there maybe any other things i can do to improve?

if you mean getting hollow cheeks that could help a bit but you probably have a narrow jaw/palate and you need expansion

Nose and ipd are just so fkn bad man i hate this shit

yeah ur IPD/ESR is close set
the nose from the side is good, from the front is meehh, the alar width is a little unideally wide, the tip is slightly bulbous,
it's kinda of similar to @cookieking 's nose
u don't flaw majorly on the nose tho
solutions for nose:
-rhinoplasty
-using aqaulix (fat dissolver) to make the tip less bulbous
-ur nose can get bulbous or a little wide if it's inflamed, to reduce inflammation u could healthmax or use hydrocortisone/accutane
although i still think ur nose is not one of the biggest flaws
one of your biggest flaws is the thin lips which also is making ur philtrum longer, and since ur eyes are close set the midface ratio is gonna be ultimate horse long
so fixing the thin lips would be very effective
solutions for the thin lips/long philtrum:
-fat grafting/lip filler to increase lip fullness
-lip lift to reduce philtrum length

and also one of your most noticable flaws is the vertically thin eyebrows
this is what i mean:

solution for the vertically thin eyebrows:
-minox
-eyebrow transplant
and ur eyebrows should ideally a little bit closer ending at the dorsum lines, i know that u heard ur eyes would look more far apart if u shaved them further butt u would look more attractive if ur eyebrows ended at the nasal dorsum lines
and yeah i do suggest using minox on ur eyebrows and lashes and dyeing them
