you have good foward growth but u need to drop your bf and gain more musele mass if u get abs and stonger bicepts it would give u a sleeper build as your more of a cute cell best of luck drink water

I’ve been in the gym for a couple months but for body fat… im on a bulk rn but even when I was cut like 13 percent bf my face looked the exact same… I’ve tried everything like debloating and all that .. but nothing seems to work

i cant lie i dont go off at all ive been using it every day for past 3 weeks or so seen some changes dk whether or not its placebo use in the morning leave on for 5 mins then wipe off thats what i did but idk tho

Oh I see … I was planning to get a nose job in like a year im 17 rn … but other than the nose my infras are so cooked
