How can I improve
(I normally shave my patchy beard but at the day I took those pics I didn't and I have a tmj disorder and a deep bite)

Already go to the gym it is just that I have a lot of fats I'm cutting rn but I do tend to fail a lot or just get bored in general I spent like 2 months tracking calories just to find I lost nothing and my weight stayed the same

go into 600-700 cal deficit if you are fully grown (not in the ages of growing) and hit the treadmil for about 30 mins and dont mind clean eating just eat better whatever fits into your cals eliminate procesed foods also sweets is the big enemy.

Don't want to risk my sports in the future if I want to compete. Idk if it will even show up in the drug tests years from now because I know they can see traces of peptides that can get me banned

I would probably fail and not compete but no body knows what would happen in the future, but in general that's not the only reason ofc because it is so big of a hassle to hide it from family
