I need to let my front 4 teeth on both top and bottom heal from an injury months ago that loosened my teeth and damaged my roots. I’m getting MSE soon and have heard that incisor chewing will have amplified effects during treatment, so I want to make sure I’m able to do that. Do any of you have an idea on how I can incisor chew without actually using my front teeth? Do you think it would be possible and effective to create a spring like device that I can put either In front of or behind my front teeth to apply the same jaw forces without putting any pressure on my fragile teeth? Lastly, I can still canine/premolar chew, would that be good enough or will I miss out if I do only that?

it doesn’t matter the specific teeth, as long as you chew with the more anterior ones the effects will be more or less the same, so just use premolars or k9s
