Gaining weight isn't difficult for me anymore. The trick is to force feed in the beginning and eat as quickly as possible (while chewing everything properly of course). On most days I eat only two meals and I still manage to consume 3500 calories. If I needed to consume 4000 calories, I could, but I don't want to get fat. Also, as an ectomorph, I don't have the appetite to eat 3500 calories but my stomach is used to it so it's easy.
