I think I read somewhere L carnitine might help. But TBH I'm not sure anything will move the needle that much.

Receptor sensitivity can be increased by supressing androgens weirdly enough.
Anecdote: When I stopped taking finasteride after 6 months, I could feel my muscles tensing up from the newly intoduced DHT. My dick grew as well. Changes to that and increased muscle growth were permanent.
