I understand all besides cholesterol and gelatin, what is the use of those?

Cholesterol is the raw material of all your hormones including progesterone and testosterone which is later transformed into dht and that will make your skull grow with a masculine shape.

gelatin has amino acids which will form collagen. Bone is composed of proteins, collagen and minerals, especially calcium. Collagen provides a framework for the incorporation of minerals, mainly calcium phosphate.

I've been delving into this topic quite often, and here are some insights that I believe could be beneficial for you.
  • Calcium: Essential for bone health and growth. Aim for at least 1,300 mg per day.
  • Vitamin D: Helps with calcium absorption and bone growth. A daily dose of 600-800 IU is recommended.
  • Zinc: Important for growth and development. Around 8-11 mg per day is suitable for teenagers.
  • Magnesium: Supports bone health and overall growth. Aim for 300-400 mg per day.
  • Protein: Crucial for muscle and bone development. Ensure you're getting enough through your diet or supplements if needed.
  • Vitamin K: Helps in bone mineralization. Around 75 mcg per day is recommended for teenagers.

MAXXING POTENTIAL
  • Balanced Diet: Ensure you eat fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains.
  • Regular Exercise: Engage in weight-bearing exercises like running, jumping, and strength training to promote bone health and boost test.
  • Adequate Sleep: Aim for 8-10 hours of sleep per night to support growth.
  • Hydration: Drink plenty of water to keep your body functioning optimally.
  • Avoid Unhealthy Habits: Stay away from smoking, alcohol, and other drugs, as they can negatively impact your growth.
  • Stress Management: Practice relaxation techniques like meditation or yoga to manage stress and promote overall well-being and boost test.

Increase collage, collagen is directly correlated with high BMD(Bone Mineral Density)

Look into vitamins needed for your body to create collagen,as well as collagen supplements.

If can't gen supplements, consume more bone broth, chicken or pork skin, and bones(for example fried chicken bones)

Hope this helps! GL!
