im 17 and i wanna increase my bone density for my zygos and possibly help with my ramus a bit, my left side is more prominent (more outward zygo, longer ramus) and its pretty annoying. im reading that sometimes vibrations could help with bone remodelling but humming isn't enough frequency, so would a sonic toothbrush help? how would i go abt using it? do i need a gel or something or the sort. any other tips for bone density would be appreciated, im taking vitamin d and calcium, trying out bojacks bone pressing method after workouts but hard to stay consistent cuz im swamped w exams rn. pls no steroids or pinning im not rlly allowed yet
