Can i increase my height naturally (for me naturally is also without supplements) to 5'8 or 5'9

What can i do?

I also don't play any sport or do to much activity what sports should i play to help me grow taller

I was 5'3 at 14, and 5'6 at 16, reaching 5'9 at 19 (late bloomer)

i already had changes in my body like lots of hair and some shit but i've never had that kind of growth spurt yet , all my friends who where the same height as me grew so much , i also have a very feminine face which sucks

Avoid exercise too. Exercise makes you shorter

Also grew my skull and I will have an extremely aesthetic physique by the time I get into HS.

my whole friend group plays basketball except me and all them grew tall as hell, even one friend of mine very close who his parents are same height as mine grew to 6 feet

-Get a lot of sunlight which will allow you to get more vitmain D. Vitamin will regulate your anabolic hormones, mood and should also help with more restful sleep.

the reason i don't play is because i don't enjoy playing some sports, the only sport i enjoy playing is probably volleyball but i don't know where i can play where i live

Research growth hormone and estrogen inhibitors ASAP. Also DHT might help. Better be bald than short.
 
Depends. What’s your sleep pattern like right now?
i go to sleep at 10pm and wake up at 7
sometimes i wake up in the middle of the night and that sucks because then i can't sleep anymore

If you’re waking up in the middle of the night then you’re not getting deep REM sleep which is where majority of your GH is release. Here are some recommendations that I believe will work:

-Go to bed and wake up at the same time every night

-Get a lot of sunlight first thing in the morning. Preferably go outside and get soaked in the sun or at the very least open up all your blinds to let the natural light in

-Avoid a lot of artificial blue light 2-3 hours before bed. Blue light prevents the secretion of melatonin which is why I recommend avoiding it

-No caffeine at after 2pm.

-Try to be physically active throughout the day so you can actually be tired when it’s time. Otherwise you’ll have a bunch of pent up frustration.

-About 2 hours before bed eat some slow digesting carbs. (This tip you’ll have to try and see how your body reacts everyones different)
