For vocab/word relationship stuff just read more, doesn't matter what, volume is volume. The rest is already clicking for you so don't waste time on what's working.

i mean it depends if you want a higher iq score on tests, or an actual higher iq
to get better scores on test theirs many puzzles/problem solving type questions that can make you more familiar and efficient at answering questions in a test
but if you want to improve your raw iq, im pretty sure its almost, if not entirely genetic
