if you want a temporary effect you can cut the corners, it heals fast so it only lasts a few days

Only thing I have seen other than commissuroplasty is that one diy mouth widening device It spans back a while ago,you can find it easily in the search bar,just enable titles only and search for mouth widening device. No idea if it works,but its the only thing I've seen for lip width

You should first identify if the mouth is narrow or if the nose is just too wide. A wide nose can make the mouth look narrow in proportion.
