How can i increase my overall foward growth/skull breadth at 21?

Hello all. I’m brand new to this shi so please lmk which hard/softmaxxes i can do to get a longer profile from the side. I would also say i’m considerably past puberty, so factor that in as well. Thank you!!

double jaw surgery or like lefort 2 is the only real option tbh but u can try hyoid exercises to create an illusion that your face is further forward - mark as solution

im pretty sure hyoid exercises are cope because the bone is only fixed to move within a certain range. also lefort 2 is out of the question because im not completely subhuman, and my bite is fine so idk if any surgeons will do a djs on me

u could try marpe to split the maxillary suture and then get a headpiece to pull maxilla forward but pretty sure these are the only options. There is nothing cheap and easy for this

tried to get marpe alr but my ortho said i couldnt because my bite was fine. jfl. pls lmk any options atp

tell your ortho you snore and have sleep apnoea, and your tongue doesnt sit on your palate because your teeth obstruct it. Also say you have difficulty consistently breathing through your nose. Should be enough to get at least a palate expander, if not js see another ortho
