I want to increase my strength in gym this week I tried a new approach
To lift heavy for first ppl then remaining 3 days train for muscle hypertrophy like increased number of reps and slower reps better mind muscle idk if it's optimal also I don't train deadlifts often as I already have 2 leg days hence maybe sometimes in a month I try to check pr but I'm weak in lifts is there a special program to increase strength as well as build muscles
