Would gymcelling help? If I were to train a lot etc and take loads of fucking SARMs, 500mg Test, Tren and HGH etc, would I end up getting carpal tunnel due to how little space there is in my wrist? Top kek

User loox claims to have increased his wrist size by running T for a while, but he is not an usual case at all, and I have no seen his results replicated

there is no evidence that T, or HGH or really anything increases the wrist size

would I end up getting carpal tunnel
carpal tunnel is a common side of increased IGF-1 levels regardless of your wrist size

you should slit them that will make them wider 100%

nothing, but some muscle would at least make your wrists not look so anemic, and you can increase the size of your forearms. you should have already gotten a gym membership or some weights or started a bw fitness routine since the last time you posted about this.

There was a thread I saw awhile ago of some guy taking pharma gh and his hand plates were closed but other stuff was not so his wrists were huge compared to his hands, this could help. I stuggle with your problem and lifting helped me alot more with my confidence because my forearms got bigger (and my wrist very slightly due to more muscle mass around that area, much like a fat dude would have a big wrist)

Increase forarm muscles, your wrists are wider than your lower forearm

if you're younger gymcel and get a dishwashing job, or manual jobs in general

"No evidence" There is evidence that it does.
For example rich piana claims his wrists grew nearly and inch throughout his career

Thats evidence. Not strong evidence because its anecdotal, but still evidence.

I mean I won't argue with you

but it's not practical in any way tho

There is no cure for tiny wrists. There is no muscle to train, it's bone. The worst part is that if you gymcel and make your forearms bigger, your wrist and the area behind it will look even smaller because of the bigger forearms. The only real thing i can think of that may work is manual labor. There's a reason brick layers/construction workers have thick wrists but you'll basically have to do back breaking manual labor for 2 years to see any significant change. It's not worth it.

Unironically the best way to achieve it.
