First of all, I am NOT encouraging any of you to do this. You should be lean, of course, but I never was outside of the normal BMI. I am simply trying to lose weight bc I find my body aesthetically more pleasing when its skinny.
Second of all, for some context - I am 20, bang on 180cm and used to weigh 77kg in early may; fast forward a bit less than 6 months and now I weigh 61kg.
I did this by walking a lot, swimming during summer and obviously - eating waaay way less than I used to.
That said, my mom is starting to get really worried, as I am borderline pushing in the underweight spectrum.
How do I make her not worry while at the same time losing weight? I am not even particularly hungry because I drink a lot of coffee, although it isn't sweetened, and I am already starting to look like a skeleton.
