How can i know if i need BSSO or Bimax

okay bsso is for recessed mandible but how can i know if my maxilla is recessed ?

my philtrum and chin looks exactly like right, but mandible like left, so i guess i need bsso only

i mean the shape and definition of my chin is like the right image but without projection, so i think it's my mandible which is recessed

depends on your occlusale plane, if it's steep then u need bimax for CCW

U can have bimax with 0 change at philtrum and just full rotation

mine looks like the one on the right, but chin isnt in ideal with nose, and my upper lip protrudes over my lower.
