How can i know if i need infraorbital implant with saddle?

My outer eyelid is droopy and I have negative orbital rim, will doing a infraorbital implant with saddle (custom) fix the issue for the droopy eyelid? How am I supposed to know? Also my eyelids are droopy from the outer sides
