how can i larp super recessed maxilla to get surgery

i go to an ortho, they said they would offer jaw surgery, but only slide my lower jaw forward + genioplasty, nothing for upper jaw. my maxilla is recessed under my eye is just straight down. how can I get this into a double jaw surgery instead of just my lower getting operated on?

I have had 0 consultations with doctors about this and shit but most common actual medical reason not aesthetic reason that people get double jaw surgery for is because they have trouble breathing during sleep, snoring or just basically waking up bc you cant breathe at night, if you find a way to larp yourself into this one gl
