I’ve noticed that women seem to have the super power of being able to delude themselves even when the obvious reality goes against it

Like how women say the reason men aren’t attracted to hags or hairy women is because men are secretly pedophiles for example.

I’m mirin this skill unironically and want to learn how to use this.

The same response I would give an nd asking how to be nt, you can mask and try to emulate it but never wholly absorb it, They're born this delusional and retarded from the womb.

You need some basic self awareness to to feel things like being self consious. Ever seen an ape with social anxiety, a squirrel with trauma, a cow with dementia? You need some amount of intellectual capacity and self reflection to feel these things. When you completely lack either you end up like this.

Also since you've noticed it already you're likely to far gone to be able to truthfully delude yourself
