How can i look better and is MSE worth it

For context im 16 and i have already done a couple smaller softmaxes but i need a lot more improvment. The 2 photos provided are taken with a flash from the back camera of a full frontal and side profile. What i currently plan on doing is getting an MSE to fix my narrow pallet along with a facemask for some slight forward growth and possibly Tad-supported vertical control for some slight ccw rotation. Once i at least get the MSE in after the expanding phase i plan to start a cycle of hgh 5iu's, Test 300-400mg, Ghk-cu and Melanotan 2. My hope is that i can get some extra bone growth during the retention phase of the MSE with the test and hgh compared to how it would normally effect bones right after it finishes expanding whilst the bone is growing to fill in the gap left by the expansion. Not exactly sure if it works that way or not but either way i know it wouldn't be much extra but il take what i can get atp.

Anyhow can someone let me know if i should change anything, add anything or if I'm just coping and i need to get surgery to fix my narrow pallet and recessed midface.
