Darker because of the sun out rn, on a routine of kojic acid soap, vitamin c. Also lmk if you guys have any tips on this type of opened pores and acne

Start lifting weights

Eat a clean diet

Do cardio
 
Grow a full Afro instead of rocking that overgrown high fade. You can later get braids or locs if you want. You also need better glasses frames.

Your skin has aged pretty badly, so invest in tazarotene, tretinoin, azaleic acid, and a good moisturizer ( I recommend diluting a normal lotion w/ 20% urea cream).

What phenotype do I have, I’ll keep losing weight tho, I’ve never not been fat so I can’t really say how I’d look without it

8-10% is ideal, keep going.

Basically it for now. Stay strict with losing weight as it’s your biggest problem
