I want to look better. I want to have all the information I can use. I've been doing some stuff for the past few months and noticed a huge difference in every aspect in my life that relates to how I look, and I'm not even good looking, just not horrible anymore. I would like to know more about softmaxxing I can do but hardmaxxing is also welcome. I'm 177cm, In Brazil, 90kg , 28% bf, 35% muscle mass.
