How can i look less bloated?

Im 66 kg 178 cm at 16 yr. Face looks bloated as hell. Even when i lost weight and went down to 60 kg still looked bloated. Do i just have to wait to grow up or is there a way to improve? any other improvements to my face are welcome.

so is it just bone structure that the 'hollow' part looks so small. And why does my cheek seem fat, I feel like I see it that way due to the smile lines I have and don't know how to get rid of.

probably just is, try and grow some and in a couple years come back and see if you have the same issue
