Be brutally honest
HOW DO I ASCEND? What surgeries do I need?
What do I need to have done?
My chin is weak
My lower jaw looks like shit
My nose is too big and uneven
My Midface looks weird
My jaw is too thin in front
My gonial angle is terrible

How can I fix the terrible lower jaw projection? My bite is perfect but lower jaw still looks like shit in side profile
Jaw also looks to SMALL and thin in frontal view
THIS IS MY IDEAL:
SIDE PROFILE (beautiful nose - beautiful chin height - very straight profile and nice gonial angle)
