Just live your life bruh. Doubt you wanna be like a bodybuilder on roids who looks 50 at 25 and has health issues. If it's your style growing a beard and mustache will definitely make you look older, but whether you deem those things as a desirable look is subjective. I noticeably look a bit older right now than when I was your age so time will naturally age you
