depends. check your bf%, from what i know 6-8 is the best but if youre already in that area that means either you have a lot of face. ill would look into buccal fat removing or taking aqualyx. dont know what buccal fat is rlly. and if its bloat then stop eating proccessed foods or goyslop in general. less sugar,less salt do cardio and drink water. thats all i can tell you.

Ok listen... eat healthy, do cardio after each lifting sesion, and do neck workouts. Also drink some vita coco hear and there get that shit debloated. Ik vita coco is kind of cope but I feel like it works.
